日本語では「文句を言う」ということを「クレームを言う」とも言いますが、「claim」の意味はちょっと異なります。
claim
[他動] (当然のこととして)要求する、(～を)主張する空港の手荷物受取所はBaggage Claimと言いますが、これは「荷物を引き取り、それが自分のものと主張する場所」という意味になります。
［自動］ 権利を主張する、要求する
日本語のクレーム（文句）に相当するものは、 complaint になります。
